REGISTERED NETIS TECHNOLOGIES

We sincerely address challenges that arise on construction sites and have transformed our solutions into proprietary technologies. These technologies are registered in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism’s New Technology Information System (NETIS), through which we provide information to promote their use.

Registered NETIS Technologies

NETIS No. Technology Name Overview
KT‐150085‐A Simultaneous Backfill Injection System Mounted on Shield Machine Backfill is injected from the shield machine simultaneously with shield advance, helping prevent ground settlement and reducing impact on the surrounding environment.
KT‐160022‐A Clay Shock Method High-viscosity “Clay Shock” material is injected to support over-excavated sections on sharp curves and to serve as a countermeasure against loss of slurry, settlement, and water ingress.
KT‐160103‐A NEO-TAC Method The cushioning effect of air bubbles in the air-based backfill material stabilizes injection pressure and reduces the risk of ground displacement and settlement.
KT‐180039‐A Automatic Additive System for Slurry Secondary Treatment Agent
(Selected as a NETIS recommended technology in FY2024)
The system automatically measures the density and discharge volume of surplus slurry and adds the appropriate secondary treatment agent in real time, thereby reducing construction sludge.
CG‐210010‐A ReBack System Even when shield advance is temporarily stopped, the system automatically injects backfill material to maintain backfill pressure, preventing loosening of the surrounding ground and the spread of settlement.
【Joint development with Nihon Civic Consultant Co., Ltd. and Toda Corporation】
QS‐230034‐A Crystal Wet Method for Dust Suppression in Demolition Work, etc. By lowering the surface tension of water with a penetrant and improving the wettability of fine bubbles, this method suppresses the dispersion of dust.
【Joint development with Okumura Corporation】
KT‐240150‐A Automatic Water Injection Management System for Soil Transport in Earth Pressure Shield Tunneling In soil transport for earth pressure shield tunneling, the system visualizes pipeline resistance and water injection volume, and automatically injects water according to the level of resistance.
【Joint development with Nishimatsu Construction Co., Ltd. and Maruya Industry Co., Ltd.】
