EMPLOYEE HEALTH

At TAC, we believe that the health and well-being of our employees are the driving forces behind delivering superior technologies and services. This section introduces our initiatives to create a workplace environment where employees can work with confidence, with a strong focus on promoting their overall well-being.

9. Achievements and Effectiveness in Fiscal Year 2024

By sharing nutritional information and recommended recipes through the "TAC Health Initiative Newsletter"—targeted particularly at employees who had shown little interest in dietary habits—the number of employees engaging in healthier eating increased by 6% year-on-year. Going forward, we aim to encourage routine back-pain prevention exercises and further strengthen employees' self-management capabilities. In addition, in line with World No Tobacco Day, we will introduce an internal "No Smoking Day" to help foster opportunities for smoking cessation.

DX Initiatives

We are leveraging digital technologies to optimize and streamline business processes, thereby improving productivity while maintaining and enhancing mental well-being. As part of our commitment to fostering a workplace where employees can work comfortably and perform at their best, DX plays an essential role in promoting employee health and supporting overall organizational vitality.
